will mirror the fine dining available at his New York flagship. The
restaurant also features a four-story wine tower. Wine stewards strap
on harnesses and "fly" up the tower to retrieve your wine
from their amazing selection of French and American wines.
- Wolfgang Puck's Trattoria del Lupo - Wolfgang Puck and David Robins

LA Magazine. The food served in the Border Grill sets new standards
for gourmet Mexican fare.
- rumjungle - A new concept designed to take the art of food and entertainment
to new levels. At the entrance, guests are treated to a dancing firewall
which transforms into a soothing wall of water. Volcanic mountains
of rum and spirits rise at an illuminated bar. Cooked over a giant
open fire pit that serves as a backdrop for a dance floor, many entrees
from the tropically-inspired menue are served "Rodizio"
style with waiters serving dishes on flaming skewers of chicken, meat

you have rumjungle.
