New to the casino with the remodel is the Firelight Rotisserie Buffet. With 12,500 square feet, this buffet seats 600 people and features display cooking, omelet stations, carving stations and open rotisseries. The lighting is adjusted from bright and airy during the day to soft and romantic lighting at night. The room has beautiful glass accents and high ceilings and some seating areas are open to the atrium.
